What’s Covered?
- Broken Pieces: If your AMDG.CO jewelry ever breaks due to manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
- Lost Jewelry: If you lose your AMDG.CO jewelry, we will replace it with an identical or similar item from our collection.
How It Works:

- Contact our customer service team with details and, if possible, photos of the damage.
- We’ll provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the item, we’ll repair or replace it.

- Simply reach out to us with your original purchase details, and we’ll guide you through the process of receiving your replacement.

- We cover shipping costs for all repairs and replacements within the U.S. For international orders, a nominal shipping fee may apply.

Exclusions:
- Intentional Damage: The warranty does not cover jewelry that has been intentionally damaged.
- Alterations: Jewelry that has been modified, resized, or altered by anyone other than AMDG.CO is not covered.
- Third-Party Purchases: Warranty is only applicable to items purchased directly from AMDG.CO or our authorized retailers.
